At Stirling Karate Club – 45 Huntriss Road, Karrinyup 6018
Prepare yourself for TWO DAYS full of fun and empowering lessons with our experienced team of instructors.
Stirling Karate Holiday Camp has been created and designed to nurture a positive learning environment, motivating and guiding students of levels to reach new heights both physically and mentally.
No previous karate experience is needed.
The camp caters for students between the aged of 6 – 16 years old.
Inclusions
- Coaching and interaction with experienced Sensei’s and Coaches.
- 12 hours of coaching across two days Stirling Karate in Karrinyup.
- Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30 am – 3:30pm.
- Skill development focuses include self-defense, bully proof tack ticks, kumite (fighting), kata (series of movements), footwork, mobility, decision making, small tournament scenarios and application environments.
- Have a question about karate you want answered? Start writing your list for our live Q&A workshop session where you can ask what it’s really like to do karate at the top level from our very own World Games Gold Medalist Sensei Karin Prinsloo.
- Bring your own lunch and morning tea. We will have a few snacks on sale on the day.
- Train with your peers in small groups.
- Karate clothing and equipment giveaways and prizes. Single training options begin at $99.00 for a one-day attendance and $198.00 for our 2-day full-camp experience. Schedule
The exact schedule will be released closer to the time – here is the breakdown.
8:30 – 9:00 am – Welome, registration and air-track fun.
9:00 – 9:30 am – Warmup and stretching.
9:30 – 11:00 am – Session 1 – Guest instructor TBC.
11:00 – 11:15 am – Break and snack.
11:15 – 12:45pm – Session 2 – Guest instructor TBC.
12:45 – 13:30pm – Lunch.
13:30 – 15:00pm – Session 3 – Guest instructor TBC.
