Background and Experience.
Grazjyna (Graz) Prinsloo has a background that spans 23 years of karate training and 14 years of coaching and teaching. Beyond karate, Graz represented South Africa as a goalkeeper in field hockey, participating in the Athens 2004 Olympics and the Commonwealth Games in 2002, accumulating over 50 international senior caps.
Karate Qualifications.
Graz is a 4th Dan black belt in the Japan Karate Association (JKA) and oversees the junior program at Stirling Karate. She holds JKA certifications as a D Instructor, D Referee, and D Examiner.
Coaching Approach.
In her coaching, Graz focuses on the comprehensive development of students, integrating physical skills with values such as resilience, respect and teamwork. Her experience in high-performance sports informs her approach to karate instruction, emphasizing discipline and mental resilience.
