These 60-minute classes cater to both beginners and junior intermediates, blending traditional karate disciplines with modern training methodologies. The Teens Karate classes benefit from the experience and guidance of Sensei Karin Prinsloo, a 6th Dan JKA Instructor, and Sensei Graz Prinsloo, a 4th Dan JKA Instructor.
