Liability Agreement *I agree that karate is a contact sport and despite endeavour by the organisers to take all necessary safety precautions and make the camp as safe as possible, I am aware of the inevitable risk of injury and choose to accept this risk. I therefore consent to first aid being carried out in the unlikely case of injury and understand I am personally responsible for medical insurance and the organisers will not cover any associated costs
